Konica Minolta multi-functional products that use LCD control panel backlighting lamp, and/or scanning unit lamp contain mercury. The components of these devices are not intended to be replaced by the user or consumer, and in order to replace these components, an authorized service representative should be contacted in order to ensure that the mercury-containing components are disposed of or recycled in accordance with federal, state, and/or local regulations.
