Outstanding Performance of bizhub MFPs and Solutions Earns Recognition from Leading Industry Analyst

Ramsey, N.J. - August 26, 2011 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (BLI) has awarded Konica Minolta Summer 2011 "Pick" Awards for the bizhub® 652 Monochrome MFP, bizhub 552 Monochrome MFP, PageScope® Enterprise Suite, and Universal Print Driver

BLI's semi-annual awards present special recognition in each category to those products that provided the most outstanding performances in exhaustive lab tests.  BLI recognized Konica Minolta with the following awards:

•  Konica Minolta bizhub 652 - Outstanding 61- to 70-ppm A3 Monochrome MFP

•  Universal Print Driver - Outstanding Achievement in Innovation

For document imaging devices BLI's twice-a-year "Picks" assess reliability in terms of the service and preventive maintenance calls required over the course of a rigorous two-month evaluation.  Its comprehensive evaluation includes an assessment of copy and print quality, productivity, ease of use and economy, as well as connectivity issues such as feedback to workstations, administration utilities, print drivers, multitasking and scanning solutions.  BLI's software evaluations assess ease of administration, ease of use, value and security, among other factors.
