Overview

The magicolor 4695MF all in one printer scanner delivers prints and copies at a quick 25 pages per minute in color and black and white. Plus, enhanced scan and fax functionality lets you move pages more quickly to more destinations.

Features

25-ppm prints and copies: The all in one printer scanner features a first page out time of 18 seconds, and prints and copies following at a quick 25 PPM, so no one is kept waiting.

Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (RADF). A 50-sheet RADF means less micro-managing and more productivity when making copies.

Scan and send. Use the RADF or flatbed to digitize documents up to 8-1/2" x 14" and distribute directly to Email, FTP, USB or SMB. Customize scanned pages easily with LinkMagic and ScanSoft PaperPort utilities (for Windows only).

Fast fax. Program up to 220 speed dials and 20 group dials for push-button convenience. Faxes are transmitted at a quick 33.6 Kbps.

Direct print - no computer required. With the optional compact flashcard or HDD, you can print XPS, PDF, JPEG and TIFF files directly from USB Flash drives. Or print photos straight from your PictBridge-compatible digital camera with plug & print ease.

120,000-page duty cycle. Count on the magicolor 4695MF all in one printer scanner to keep pace with peak demands. Its 120,000 page-per-month duty cycle brings reliable office productivity.

Power behind Emperon. With an Emperon Print System, 500 MHz CPU and 512 MB RAM at its core, the Konica Minolta magicolor 4695MF is designed for work team performance.

Gigabit Ethernet. A driving force, this 10/100/1000BaseTX Ethernet interface brings PS/PCL/XPS support to an entire team of Windows, Macintosh and Linux users.

PageScope utilities. An entire software suite, PageScope simplifies device management for administrators and users with desktop and web-based services.

Built-in automatic duplexer. Save paper. Save file space. Make two-sided prints and copies at full engine speed with an integrated duplexer.

Job security. An optional HDD gives you control of your print jobs with Secured Print, Print and Hold, Proof then Print and Stored Job services.

On-site Warranty protection. Konica Minolta provides a 1-year limited warranty for the magicolor 4695MF all in one printer scanner, complete with on-site service.

Accessories

500-Sheet Lower Feeder Unit: Increase paper to 850 sheets with this optional cassette. It supports letter- or A4-size media and attaches easily under the all in one printer scanner.

Paper Cabinet: Move the Konica Minolta magicolor 4695MF off the desk top and set it on this convenient storage cabinet. It features ample space to house paper and supplies and has casters for easy mobility (Note: Not available at time of launch).

Memory: On-board RAM can be upgraded from 512 MB to 1,024 MB.

Compact Flash Card Adapter: The magicolor 4695MF all in one printer scanner can be fitted with a compact flash card adapter that accepts third-party cards in sizes of 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, or 4 GB. (Note: Compact flash card available from 3rd-party vendors only. Cannot be installed at the same time as the optional hard drive.)

Hard Disk Drive: An optional 40 GB internal IDE hard disk can support increased memory, security and convenience functions on your all in one printer scanner, including Secured Print, Print and Hold, Proof then Print and Stored job functions; direct print capabilities; electronic collation; and fonts and forms storage. (Note: Cannot be installed at the same time as a compact flash card.)
