In a recent company press release our Chairman and CEO Tom Taiko stated that Konica Minolta’s continued success is a direct result of attracting and developing industry experts who have the passion and commitment to deliver complete solutions that meet a customer’s evolving information management needs.

Across all departments of the company, we have a tremendous group of employees who are considered experts in their field by our customers, dealers, technology partners and outside industry professionals. These experts thirst for knowledge and are always willing to help customers or share their thoughts on the industry.

Today, we are tapping into these experts and launching a new area on our website called “From the Experts.” In this area, our product, solution, service and vertical industry experts will regularly contribute articles on a wide range of topics, ranging from office technology and document management to production print, IT services and vertical solutions.

We are excited to be launching the “From the Experts” section and believe that it will provide our customers with greater access to our internal experts and develop an online community where readers can envision how technology, solutions and services can help their businesses grow and be more productive.

With more than 19 years of experience in the office imaging industry, Kevin P. Kern, Senior Vice President, Marketing, oversees all corporate marketing initiatives, and is responsible for the planning and development of new products for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.

Kevin is responsible for setting the direction and strategy to accelerate Konica Minolta’s customer adoption of digital transformation, also overseeing the software and solutions planning functions, including emerging technologies along with oversight of US R&D and Business Intelligence Services (BIS) operations. In previous roles, he drove the BIS and Product Planning organization to ensure the growth and innovation of the company’s technology, solutions, vertical markets and ECM practice, and led corporate marketing initiatives and new product planning and development for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
