Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an important component of the DEI strategy at Konica Minolta. Our ERGs are self-led groups composed of individuals who come together based on similar interests or experiences to cultivate a culture of belonging. ERG participation is voluntary and open to all employees who are interested in and support the objectives of the ERG, regardless of their origin or background.

Step Forward is dedicated to the development and advancement of women at Konica Minolta. It offers learning opportunities, networking, peer to peer mentoring, and community giving to increase female representation and equity in the achievement of professional excellence.

Our goal is to bring the women of the office technology industry together for support, collaboration and inspiration. We strive to build community, create a positive environments to share experiences, learn from each other and build intentional leaders.

Vibrant seeks to foster a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies within Konica Minolta. The group serves the needs of all facets of the LGBTQ+ community, while also striving to further LGBTQ+ equality within society at large.

The Ramsey site council is focused on improving the culture and quality of work life at our corporate headquarters in Ramsey, New Jersey. This team is focused on all facets of the employee experience, including employee events, technology training, wellness and more!

Supplier Diversity

Konica Minolta strives to provide an environment that incorporates workplace inclusion among our valued suppliers. Special consideration is given to Carriers who can self-certify as Small, Small Veteran, Small Woman, HubZone and Small Disadvantaged certified as well as provide a third-party certification as a Minority Owned Business Enterprise or Woman Owned Business Enterprise.

In all aspects of our purchasing and performance, Konica Minolta encourages the utilization of Minority, Women Owned, and Disadvantaged business enterprises. On many contracts, Konica Minolta utilizes these enterprises to support the lease financing, delivery and service maintenance needs of our equipment.

Our Corporate and Branch Offices are also encouraged to utilize Minority and Women Owned businesses in other aspects of their business, including supplies procurement and other services. We have built a reputation around the establishment of relationships with Minority, Women Owned, and Disadvantaged business enterprises in various aspects of our purchasing and contract fulfillment and will continue to support such programs.
