Implementation of the Adaptive Planning solution has resulted in improved accuracy and decision making

Prior to rolling out Adaptive Planning, Konica Minolta relied on Excel for budgeting, forecasting and consolidations, and SAP for U.S. reporting. Konica Minolta's finance team was motivated by the desire to deliver a centralized platform to house data across systems, including headcount, payroll data, unit sales, and service revenues, as well as to enhance management reporting.
