RAMSEY, N.J. - May 27, 2004 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) is pleased to announce the launch of its new unified Web site - https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us.  The new Web site joins together the company's three legacy public sites into one site that reflects the new Konica Minolta brand.  The new site includes detailed information on Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. and its Products and Services, Solutions, Support and Drivers, as well as a link to the company's new secured extranet - MyKonicaMinolta.com. 

Operating as an effective sales tool, the new Konica Minolta Web site has been designed to help users obtain the relevant information that they need as fast as possible and without fuss. Utilizing a stylish, "clean" design, the new site provides an easy-to-navigate interface that supports corporate banding, while efficiently organizing the company's many products and services for easy customer access. 

Specifically on the new site:

  • Product pages were simplified with a product overview statement related to features and accessories, and the ability to select brochures, MSDS, drivers, manuals and solutions;
  • A Self-Servicing Knowledge Base for FAQs is now offered in the InfoCenters, as well as on the appropriate product pages; 
  • An Integrated Sales/Service Locator for both the direct branches and the dealers was added; and 
  • The Support Area was streamlined.
