Momentum Builds with Second Year Title Sponsorship of Gator Bowl Classic and Ventures into Several Other Sports Initiatives

Ramsey, N.J. - October 15, 2008 - This year marks the second year of title sponsorship of the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. ( Konica Minolta )  The 64th Annual Konica Minolta Gator Bowl will be played January 1, 2009, at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla.  The  Konica Minolta Gator Bowl  will pit a team from the Atlantic Coast Conference against a team from the Big 12 Conference, the Big East Conference or the University of Notre Dame.

Konica Minolta's sports marketing initiatives are increasingly playing an integral role in building brand awareness for its award-winning lines of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, as well as general corporate awareness.  Based on its successful partnerships, Konica Minolta will continue to enhance its sports marketing efforts this year to include partnerships with major sporting events and teams including the following:

College Sports

°  Konica Minolta Gator Bowl  - Konica Minolta is the title sponsor for the Gator Bowl Classic through 2010.  The Gator Bowl is the fifth oldest college bowl game and was the first college bowl game ever to be televised coast-to-coast.  The Konica Minolta Gator Bowl is the only bowl game involved with more than two conferences and last year's game featured one of New Year's Days most exciting game finishes.
°  CBS Sports - Konica Minolta is currently running its acclaimed TV commercials during CBS Sports' coverage of high profile matchups in the popular Southeastern Conference (SEC).  In addition to these high profile matchups, Konica Minolta commercials will also run during CBS Sports' coverage of the always high-rated Notre Dame-Navy and Army-Navy contests, as well as the SEC Championship Game, Sun Bowl, and of course, the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl.

Men's and Women's Basketball
°  Signage Program - Konica Minolta will continue its sports marketing program during the upcoming 2009 college basketball season; including:
-- The 2008 Preseason NIT - the first-round games will be played Nov. 17, with the regional championship and third-place games on Nov. 18.  The four winners advance to Madison Square Garden in New York City with the semifinals on Nov. 26 and the championship game on Nov. 28.
-- 2008 Jimmy V Classic - scheduled for Dec. 9 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Teams include West Virginia, Davidson, Texas and Villanova.

°   Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic  - In its second year as the  title sponsor , the Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic signals the start of the lacrosse season for the game's growing fan base.  The first matchup will start at Noon EST with Johns Hopkins playing Princeton; and in a new, high profile matchup, Duke will face Maryland starting at 2:30 p.m. EST.  The 2009 Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic will be played on Feb. 28, 2009, at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md.

Professional Golf Association (PGA Tour)
°  Konica Minolta SwingVision  - Konica Minolta has enjoyed tremendous brand recognition during its five-year sponsorship of CBS Sports' award-winning SwingVision feature during its coverage of the PGA Tour.

Major League Baseball (MLB)
°  Throughout the American League Playoffs, Konica Minolta is sponsoring the Anaheim Angels of Los Angeles and Boston Red Sox with easy-to-find signage programs at their respective stadiums.  During the regular season, Konica Minolta maintained a signage program with the Angels, Red Sox, Texas Rangers, and Florida Marlins.

Indy Racing League
° Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, Fla. - Upon completion of the acquisition of Danka Business Systems, Konica Minolta became the official business machine provider for this local racing event.  Konica Minolta will also have branding rights for both the Konica Minolta Danka Imaging Media Center and the Konica Minolta Danka Imaging Credential Center.

Major League Soccer (MLS)
° During the regular season, Konica Minolta sponsored the L.A. Galaxy with both stadium and online signage campaigns.

The National Hockey League (NHL)
° Pittsburgh Penguins - Konica Minolta's direct selling branch in Pittsburgh, Pa., has enjoyed a long, successful sponsorship with the Penguins, and was able to arrange for the Konica Minolta logo to be placed at Center Ice during the Penguins' impressive run to the 2008 Stanley Cup Finals.
