RAMSEY, NJ - October 9, 2006 - KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A, INC. (KONICA MINOLTA) today announced that Stephen T. (Steve) Jones, Executive Vice President, US Dealer Sales, was invited by Ben Russert, President, Copier Dealers Association (CDA) to present an overview of the company's growth strategy to CDA members at their business meeting on October 19, 2006.

This is the second time Jones has spoken at a CDA business meeting.  In 2004, Jones was well received as he presented an update on the recently announced KONICA MINOLTA merger.

The CDA, consists of 80 independent Office Equipment dealers from the United States and Canada, who come together to pool business knowledge and share business strategies. The CDA has earned a national and international reputation for being comprised of the most successful business owners representing products and services on the leading edge of business technology.

"This is an incredibly exciting time at KONICA MINOLTA, and for our Dealer Channel.  In a relatively short time, KONICA MINOLTA has climbed its way to the top market share position in color1 , and has established a solid reputation in the production printing industry," said Jones.  "I look forward to speaking with the CDA's influential owners and principals and in providing them with an insight into our corporate growth strategy for meeting - and surpassing - our financial goals for KONICA MINOLTA'S dealer partners in 2007 and beyond."

"We are pleased Steve Jones will be able to attend, and address our attendees in Aruba," said Russert, who is also President and Owner of ProSource, the leading provider of document imaging and document management solutions in the Cincinnati, Ohio market.  "We are all interested in having Steve update our association on the current standing of Konica Minolta, and provide an insight into the growth strategy of an organization clearly enjoying success in our industry."
