Service, Supplies and Meter Read Support

To place a service call, order supplies or report a meter reading, please contact our  bizhub Customer Care Center (NCSC) at 1-800-456-5664. When you place a call, you will be prompted to select one of the following options:

Press "1" to place a service call...To place a service call, please have your serial number or 8-digit equipment ID number available and be prepared to provide a brief description of the problem. In most instances, the serial number can be found on the inside front part of the copier on a white bar code sticker. The 8-digit equipment ID number can be found on the bizhub sticker located on your equipment.

Press "2" to order supplies...

Please have your serial number available and a list of the supplies you will be ordering.

Fax supplies only: please email  supplies@kmbs.konicaminolta.us  and include current job number.

Press "3" to report a meter reading...On a monthly basis, you will need to report the meter reading for your copier. 

This will assist Konica Minolta in the accurate and timely billing of your account, in addition to providing accurate copy volume information.
