Location Data. We may collect data about your location, which can be either precise or imprecise. Precise location data includes Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data (e.g. GPS), as well as data identifying nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots, that we collect when you enable location-based products or features. Imprecise location data includes, for example, a location derived from your device or data that indicates where you are located with less precision, such as a city or postal code or an IP address. Where required by law, we obtain your affirmative consent before collecting precise geolocation data and provide you with the ability to limit our use of such data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your device location settings or contacting us as described below.
Social Media Data. We may provide social media features that enable you to share information with your social networks. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by the social networking site. Please review the privacy policies and settings of social networks you use to understand their practices.
Job Applications/CVs/Resumes. Information on job applications/CVs/resumes which you provide to us if you submit a job application to Konica Minolta either directly or indirectly. You acknowledge that your application may include sensitive personal data. Konica Minolta uses this information in order to evaluate your application and perform related employment activities.
Feedback and Product Reviews. Information you provide to us and the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback and product reviews you write, blog posts or questions and information you provide for customer support. When you contact us via our website, a Konica Minolta application, or a Help Desk for such things as customer support, your phone conversations or chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded. Exercising Your California Rights. To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, please submit a Privacy Request or call 1-866-604-1225. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity (and your authorized agent’s authority) before processing your request. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt, which may be extended by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you. You may make a request to know up to two times in a 12-month period.
If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. The specific rights available to you depend on your state of residence and applicable law.
Right to Access and Confirm. You may have the right to confirm whether Konica Minolta is processing your personal data and to access such data.
Right to Correct. You may have the right to request correction of inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and the purposes of processing.

Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising, Sale of Personal Data, and Profiling. You may have the right to opt out of (i) the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising; (ii) the sale of your personal data; and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms. Konica Minolta recognizes and honors user-selected universal opt-out mechanisms as required by applicable law.
Sensitive Data. Where required by applicable state law, Konica Minolta obtains your affirmative, opt-in consent before processing sensitive personal data, including precise geolocation data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data, and data concerning a known child. If you have provided consent and wish to withdraw it, you may do so at any time by submitting a Privacy Request.
Appeal Process. If Konica Minolta declines to take action on your privacy request, you have the right to appeal our decision. To appeal, please submit a Privacy Request with “Appeal” in the subject line, or call 1-866-604-1225, within a reasonable period after receiving our response. We will inform you in writing of any action or inaction in response to your appeal within 60 days of receipt. If your appeal is denied, you will be provided with information on how to contact your state’s Attorney General to submit a complaint.
Texas Residents: If Konica Minolta engages in the sale of sensitive personal data or biometric personal data as defined under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 541.102(b)-(c)), we will provide the required notice at the point of sale or sharing. As of the effective date of this Policy, Konica Minolta does not sell sensitive personal data or biometric personal data.

Children
