Konica Minolta Wishes You a Happy Holiday

December 20, 2016

holiday-image2016 is drawing to a close. This has been a big year of firsts for Konica Minolta because of the hard work and dedication of our employees.

We have created the Workplace of the Future,™ staking our claim as the leader in office innovation. Work is not where you are. Work is what you get done. We will transform work, allowing companies and their employees to work more productively, more efficiently and more collaboratively and, especially, more securely.

We have expanded our offerings in the print production space, opening up exciting new revenue streams for our graphic communication clients. Our flagship AccurioJet KM-1 puts us firmly in the digital inkjet market, enabling commercial printers to produce high-quality offset print jobs and develop highly personalized short-run applications. The bizhub PRESS C71cf is a new digital press for the label and packaging industry, benefitting businesses as they transition from conventional printing to digital technology. The C71cf is the first of many new products that supports our strategy in the label and packaging industry market.

We have created the North American version of PROKOM, the company’s user group for production print. PROKOM allows members of the production print and industrial print community to share ideas, develop and grow efficient services and learn from and educate others in the industry.

We continue to design, develop and deploy solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. We have expanded the Dispatcher Phoenix family of products, launching a version for enterprise content management. This ECM solution joins similar vertical solutions for education, finance, legal, government and healthcare. We have also unveiled a version that gives added support for enterprise-level deployments.

With IT security one of the most pressing issues for our customers, All Covered, our IT services division, debuted Advanced Security Services, which provides robust 24/7 monitoring and management. All Covered continues to be named among the top IT services providers in the nation, with several placements on prestigious industry lists.

In fact, our efforts continue to win awards. While it is great to receive accolades from the industry, and we received many this year, it is even more important to be honored by our employees and our customers. We were named to the prestigious list of U.S.-based companies in Forbes magazine’s 2016 “America’s Best Employers” based on our own employees’ recommendation to potential new hires. And, for the ninth consecutive year, Brand Keys has recognized us as the #1 Brand for Customer Loyalty in the MFP Office Copier Market. We have also seen our key performance indicators rise in this year’s customer experience survey. These great scores are a reflection on our continued dedication to shape our customer experience to be the best in the industry.

Most importantly, we have added new members to our family as we continue to acquire companies that give us greater market share in prime territories. Each of our new Konica Minolta employees brings experience and expertise. Each has committed to working hard to continue to evolve Konica Minolta as the industry leader for technology, IT services and information management.

None of our successes is possible without our employees. Throughout the year, each of them continues to rise to the occasion, going above and beyond to get the job done. As this year comes to a close, I want thank every Konica Minolta employee for their contributions.

Here’s to a wonderful holiday season. Peace and prosperity to you and yours in the coming year.
